Easy Breezy Summer Makeup Look

Taken on iPhone 5S

Hello Ladies!

Today I wanted to do a fun and light summer look to celebrate making it through the first week of August and LSAT review! Do pardon the headphones, I took this in the car on my way out and realized that the lighting was much better outdoors than in my bedroom. I am going to try to take more photos outside since the quality comes out much better (I should probably invest in a camera too)! Anyway…Let’s get to it!

Foundation: Clinique Acne Solutions Foundation (02 Fresh Ivory)

I applied two pea sizes to cover my entire face blending out towards the ears with my Sigma F80 brush.

Concealer: Maybelline Dream Lumi Highlighting Concealer (Ivory)

Make a check from the inside corner of eye to end of eyebrow. Blend with find by patting *do not rub)

Powder: Rimmel Stay Matte (020 Beige)

Take a Kabuki or powder brush and gently brush over T-Zone

Bronzer & Blush: Too Faced Chocolate Soleil (Medium) Modelco Cosmetics Peach Bellini (02)

To Bronze, gently pat an angled brush into bronzer and make a big “3” on the side of face, ensuring to blend. Take a blush brush or Fan brush and gently go over cheekbones. Make sure to only add a little blush because this one is heavily pigmented and shimmery!

Shadow: (From Smashbox Master Class Palette): Nectar (Lid), Rose Petal (Blend in Crease), Smoke (Outer Corner)

Blend Nectar all over Lid, with a Sigma E40 or similar blend Rose Petal in crease. On the outer “V” blend Smoke focusing on outer corner. Go back and blend Nectar on the inner corners of eye and on brow bone.

Liner: Covergirl Perfect Point Plus (215 Grey Khaki)

Apply from inner corner of eye to outer corner line by line. Thicken line in outer edges of the eye to make the lashes appear thicker.

Mascara: Rimmel Super Curler 24HR (Black)

Brows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz (Medium Brown)

Gently following your natural eyebrow hair with short strokes to add volume. Use the spool to blend out and repeat till added volume

Liner: L’oreal Infallible Lipliner (Pink)

If there is one thing I hate its overdrawn lips…for a natural summer look follow the natural contour of your mouth and shading in the corners.

Lip Stick: Maybelline (055 Pinkalicious)

Gloss: Origins Drink Up Lip Balm (06 Berry Splash)

And there you have an easy breezy summer look! I hope you get a chance to try it out and as always let me know what you think by commenting below! Make sure to Like, and Follow for more from me!

*This is random but its just so crazy how different the quality of a phone camera is when photos are taken inside vs. outside. If any of you can suggest a good and affordable camera please comment below and tell me!
